By accessing this website or contacting Xclusive Ride LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Xclusive Ride LLC provides driver coordination and recruitment services. We connect TLC-licensed drivers with ride program opportunities including the MTA Access-A-Ride program.

3. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for:

• Maintaining a valid TLC license at all times
• Operating a TLC-compliant vehicle
• Maintaining a clean and professional driving record
• Complying with all NYC TLC regulations

4. Commission & Payments

Xclusive Ride LLC charges a 15% service commission on driver earnings. Weekly payment terms apply. The company reserves the right to modify commission rates with reasonable notice.

5. Communication Consent

By submitting an application or contacting us, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, or SMS regarding driver opportunities, scheduling, and support. SMS consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the working arrangement with reasonable notice. Xclusive Ride LLC reserves the right to remove drivers from the program for violations of TLC regulations, unsafe driving, or unprofessional conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xclusive Ride LLC is a coordination company and is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during driving operations. Drivers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
